Shopping List
8 lbs of frozen chicken
2 cups lime juice
4 tbs minced garlic
1 cup of chopped fresh cilantro (parsley may be subbed for half or all of it if you don't like cilantro)
2 cups olive oil
salt/pepper as desired
Freezer Bag
Place half the ingredients in a Crockpot for tonight's dinner and half in a freezer bag for another night.
SLOW COOKER COOKING DIRECTIONS:
Place in slow cooker and cook for up to 4 hours on high and 7-8 hours on low.
