Homemade Bisquick Mix

 5 cups gluten free, dairy free Flour

3 Tab. Baking Powder

2 tsp. Salt

1 cup Shortening 


Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the Shortening and mix it through with your fingers until evenly distributed and in small pea-sized (or less) lumps.

Use as you would commercial Bisquick.
