Gluten Free Gravy

1-2 Tab cornstarch
1 Tab margarine
1 cup turkey, Chicken or beef broth

In a small cup or bowl, mix together Cornstarch with a small amount of water until the Cornstarch is completely dissolved.
In a saucepan,  melt butter.  Add stock and heat until boiling. Add Cornstarch - water and whisk, keeping the mixture on the stove, until thick.
