Gluten Free Crockpot Lemon Garlic Chicken

 


4 pounds chicken breasts, cut into thin strips (about 4 per breast)
3/4 cup olive oil
3/4 cup lemon juice
3 Tab. Minced Garlic
1 1/2 Tab Garlic powder
1 1/2 tea. Black Pepper
1 1/2 Tab. Parsley flakes

Rice (white or brown) or  egg noodles (or a mixture)
Frozen vegetables of choice

Put all ingredients into the slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours. Serve with rice or noodles and a vegetable of choice.
