Sausage, Peppers and Onions Bake

For each pan/bag* of 10 sausages:

10 Italian Sausages (Mild or Spicy)

2 chopped colored peppers

1/2 medium purple onions, chopped

2 Tbs minced garlic

@1 1/4 Tbs Olive oil

1 tsp Basil

1 tsp oregano

Dash of salt/pepper per taste


Spread out on a foil lined 9×13 baking pan. Cover pan with foil. Bake the meal at 425 for 45-minutes, covered with foil. Then bake uncovered for up to 15-30 more minutes making sure the internal temperature of sausage reaches 165°.

*This can also be made into a freezer meal by putting all the ingredients into a labeled ziploc freezer bag. Just defrost the night before use and cook as above.

Serve with rice and salad or steamed  vegetables.
